true, as long as they are aware the second outbreak can happen than all good so they will prevent it. Awareness is the key you can take the precaution if you are not aware of what you take the precaution of. we've got the awareness now! Get it ? it is all logic. Japan, South Korea and so on eased up from the supposedly second outbreak surely they've learnt now they aint that stupid lol
