They are effectively a private company, Chinese/Singaporean owned, based in Bermuda and locking up an Australian resource that should currently be being mined employing local Gippslanders for the benefit of Australians. The Victorian Mines Department and Victorian Govt need to take immediate action to rectify this travesty.
