ISSUE OF SECURITIES BY VMOB GROUP LIMITED (VML)
VMob Group Limited advises that it has issued new shares as follows:
Class of Security: Ordinary Shares (VML).
Number issued: 51,047,653 ordinary shares at NZD 1.25 cents each fully paid.
Payment: Cash on subscription by way of exercise of options dated 18 February
2014
Percentage of total Class of Securities issued: 4.04% (of the total number of
ordinary shares on issue post completion of the issue).
Reason for the issue: Investors and key management who participated in the
private placement announced to the market on 14 February 2013 were issued
with an option to subscribe for additional shares up to the full amount of
their original investment, to be exercise at any time during the following 12
months. The Company is pleased to report that all holders have exercised
their options.
Authority of issue: Director's Resolution.
Terms of issue: The new shares are credited as fully paid, and rank in all
respects equally with the shares already on issue.
Total number of securities of the Class in existence after the issue:
1,263,268,816
