registered holder and beneficial owner of 42,240,007 Shares.  BP New Zealand
Holdings Limited has a relevant interest in these Shares under section 5(1)
of the Securities Markets Act 1988.  The relevant interest of BP New Zealand
Holdings Limited is diluted to 13.69% of the Shares.
