CAPREC: AIA: AIAL intends to lodge High Court approval of capital return

Auckland Airport intends to lodge High Court approval of capital return with
New Zealand Companies Office

Further to the announcement on 7 March 2013 that Auckland Airport has
received final orders from the High Court approving the scheme of arrangement
to return approximately $454 million of capital to shareholders, Auckland
Airport advises that it intends to lodge the High Court's final orders with
the Registrar of Companies tomorrow.
