DRP: GMT: Strike Price for DRP
Goodman (NZ) Limited, the Manager of Goodman Property Trust, is pleased to
advise Unitholders that the strike price for the Distribution Reinvestment
Plan ("DRP"), inclusive of the 2% discount being offered and rounded down to
two decimal places, is 94.58 cents per unit.
This pricing is effective for the distribution payable on 20 March 2014.
