My Dad used to drive this very T class train now on display in the Adelaide Railway Museum
Later he would move freight with the more modern trains ,
He used to keep a tin of condensed milk on board for his coffees , occasionally when visiting the rail yards and climbing on to the train ( imagine an 8 year old allowed to that now ), i would sneak some condensed milk , from then on i would scoff that stuff down by the tin or tube right up to my 20s
