    $220M! this is an outrage.

    Hospitals are crap, but $$$ for chaplains to pray (fun pun) on young people in emotional need.

    I guess this is how religion was spread in the first place, so no suprise really.

    If people what to see a chaplain, fine go to a church NOT a school.

    "Council for Christian Education in Schools" :(

    As a secular society, this 'council' and anything like it should be removed (N/A) ASAP
