OFFICE: GFF: Changes to Legal and Company Secretariat
Goodman Fielder announces the following changes to its Legal and Company
Secretariat functions.
General Counsel and Company Secretary, Jonathon West will become the
company's new Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer. Jonathon has
been with Goodman Fielder since 2003 and has extensive understanding and
experience of the FMCG sector.
Jonathan replaces Neil Kearney in this role. As previously advised, Neil will
leave Goodman Fielder in April, having also acted as interim CFO until 1
April when Patrick Gibson commences as the company's CFO.
In light of Jonathon's appointment, he will be resigning as General Counsel
and Company Secretary. Goodman Fielder's Deputy General Counsel, Sean Tully
has been appointed the company's new General Counsel while Assistant Company
Secretary, Sara Goldstein has been appointed Company Secretary.
The appointments are effective from 1 April 2014.
