Trading Halt - UPDATE - Bathurst Resources Limited (BRL)

Bathurst Resources Limited (BRL) was granted a trading halt yesterday to
enable it to complete a placement of new shares, the terms of which are to be
determined by a bookbuild process.

BRL advises that the process of receiving and assessing applications from
qualified investors is expected to be completed during the course of today
with an announcement of the result of the placement now being expected to be
made by 9:30am (NZ Time) on Wednesday, 16 April 2014.
