Notices of Annual Meetings
It has come to the attention of TRS that due to an administrative oversight
copies of the notice of annual meetings for the years 2009-2013 have not been
announced to the market. Copies of these notices accompany this announcement.
The notices were posted to shareholders at the relevant times and the
relevant meetings were validly held with all resolutions validly passing.
The annual meetings during this period only dealt with the retirement by
rotation of directors and the reappointment and remuneration of auditors. No
special business has occurred at any of these meetings.
The Board of TRS apologises for this oversight to announce these notices to
the market prior to their despatch to shareholders as required by the listing
rules.
