MEETING: ABA: Abano Update on Special Meeting
Abano Healthcare Group (NZX:ABA) advises that yesterday evening, a valid
special meeting requisition was received on behalf of registered shareholders
of the Company, being the custodial holder of shares associated with Peter
Hutson/Healthcare Industry Limited and James Reeves.
The Company will now proceed with convening a special meeting in accordance
with Abano's Constitution and the Companies Act.
Details of the special meeting will be announced in due course.
