FARMSIDE DIVESTS NON-CORE BUSINESS

TeamTalk Limited advises that its wholly owned subsidiary company BayCity
Communications Limited (trading as Farmside) has recently completed the sale
of its subsidiary company BayCity Technologies Limited.

The transaction will not have any material impact on TeamTalk's financial
results.
