GFNZ Group Limited issued share capital increased by 202,168,512 new ordinary
shares following the successful uptake of the shares from the fully
underwritten rights issue.

All new shares were issued @ 3.00 cents per share.

GFNZ Group Limited new issued share capital amounts to 483,040,761
