DIRECTOR: CUE: Resignation of Director
Mr Paul D. Moore has tendered his resignation as a director of Cue effective
15th May
2014, due to his increasing responsibilities and workload as Chief Executive
of Todd
Energy, which now involves expanding international commitments and which make
him
unable to continue as a director of Cue.
Paul joined the Cue Board in November 2011 and has made a substantial
contribution
to the Company's strong foundation for further growth through his
comprehensive
understanding of the Australian and South East Asian oil and gas markets and
considerable technical understanding.
The Board thanks Paul for his contribution and commitment to the Company
since he
joined the Board. He leaves the Board with our best wishes.
Paul has been a great contributor to the revitalisation of Cue. The Board and
the
Company has benefited from his commercial and technical insights and support
during
the past two and half years.
The Company is in the process of recruiting two new directors to the Board
and an
announcement in respect of the new appointments will be made in due course.
