CREDIT: GMB: Standard & Poor's Credit Rating Reaffirmed

Goodman (NZ) Limited, the Manager of GMT is pleased to advise that the
Trust's credit rating of BBB has been reaffirmed by Standard & Poor's.

The Trust's $295 million bond programme and $600 million senior secured bank
debt are rated one notch higher at BBB+.

Andy Eakin, Chief Financial Officer of Goodman (NZ) Limited, said, "Standard
& Poor's have updated their ratings following the introduction of their new
corporate credit criteria.  The quality of the business and its strong
balance sheet position are reflected in the investment grade credit ratings
assigned to the Trust and its debt."
