Notice of director nomination period
For the purposes of Listing Rule 3.3.5 Energy Mad Limited advises that in
respect of its Annual Meeting to be held on Thursday 17 July 2014, the
closing date for director nominations is Friday 13 June 2014. All nominations
must be received by 4.00 pm on the closing date.
The annual meeting for Energy Mad Limited is to be held at 10.00am at the
Chateau on the Park Hotel and Conference Centre, Corner Deans Avenue and
Kilmarnock Street, Christchurch, New Zealand.
