ISSUE OF SHARES IN MAINFREIGHT LIMITED
A. On 12 June 2014 550,000 partly paid redeemable shares were redeemed to
ordinary shares of Mainfreight Ltd. These redeemable shares were issued in
June 2008 at a price of 724cents per share partly paid to 1cent at that time.
The new shares rank pari passu in all respects with the ordinary shares in
the capital of the Company
