It doesn't seem like accumulation to me. There has been a big Hot Copper buying surge, coming from Vontrader's posts, and someone has been keen to feed them out , and collapse the price again.
One can always understand market makers taking a stock up [usually for a Capital raising] and down [usually for a take over bid] yet the free float here is so small, that it is a mystery.
