No question that the directors who worked it, before it went into administration, should be investigated by ASIC, but they won't be, because the system is set up for them to declare bankruptcy and lose nothing, and then move on to ripping off another set of honest and decent and kind and gullible mum and dad investors.
Some of these guys should actually be in prison.
