If they are fishy they need to be held to account - some are just interested muddling the waters to try to prove how morally corrupt they are.

If you lost money its part of trading happens to everyone - trying to improve/tweaking is the epicentre of a traders mindset.
When waters are muddled with two way bets but only hear one side of it.. that crap needs to be held to account.
