Seems to me that the dispute resolutiion period must have started around when FAR announced to the ASX on 23 August that it had informed COP that it considered it had not complied with the terms of the JOA with regard to the pre-emption notification. At that time and the Senegalese government had urged both parties to reach an amicable resolution and FAR said it would participate in prompt efforts to resolve the matter. Promt???? 3 months have passed ... so one has to assume that we will hear something by next week IMHO.

Its been an excruciating wait! Yet another one.
