I have spoken with Ian. Based on the conversation I have had, I came to the conclusion that
we may not be going to arbitration. I believe everything sits with the Senegal Government.

If the Senegal Government come out and say that their position is that they do not believe Conoco have tickets all the appropriate boxes, then I think that will essentially be case and point - I don't believe Conoco or Woodside would then bother going to arbitration - I think they would concede.

So in short, we await a decision by the Senegalese Government - which could come along at any time.
