Sorry Szaba, but that's way too simplistic - you have espoused the situation as WPL would like it to be, rather than how it is likely to be.
The jungle drums (no pun intended) are beating out a different tune. Farjoy dismissed the WPL 'it's all over' announcement as 'big oil passive aggressive- I wouldn't worry about it'. Malcy obviously knows, or suspects he knows, the outcome and is busting his not inconsiderable guts to tell everyone. Senegal's ambassador to France made interesting observations about Senegal's oil future that were totally out of left field. And finally, Petrosen insiders are feeding the media stories that seem to presage a Government announcement that will be totally at odds with your assertion that approval is deemed to have been given.
IMO, everything is pointing towards a good outcome for FAR.
