Inflation was under target at 1.95% and now you admit the carbon tax has escalated inflation by 23% already.

That is 0.45% on top of 1.95% do the sums. Inflation has increased by 23% thanks Swan. And great timing too. Gee it makes me want to get down on my knees ROFL.
