Don't understand why STO wouldn't keep the options unexercised...

    Don't understand why STO wouldn't keep the options unexercised if they are intending to make a takeover bid and buy from 17.8% to 19.9% on market at 95cents.

    Any explanations welcome, especially if they lead to some understanding of what STO is up to.
