Livetiles burnt a lot of institutional and retail investors in their last 55m capital raise in September 2019. Management did the raise knowing full well that a very poor quarterly was coming out a week or two later. The share price quickly plummeted way below the issue price. It's going to take a few good quarters to restore credibility. Like others have mentioned, if this week's 4C is not a good one, I'm out.
