Remember also, these new shares to these directors can't be used to vote on their remuneration report at the AGM. So the board should know we only need a few more in the top 50 to have similar concerns and bingo - STRIKE ONE.
These resolutions were nearly defeated by a small group running a campaign on this forum.
Let us see what happens if this group decides to run a more coordinated campaign using the details of the entire share registry that they can request from the board.
