23% up today - yeehaa
I'm of the belief that this is a quality stock being dumped irrationally -mainly because the property sector has been thumped + links with Dubai -and downturn in property sector there
- but unlike the others they have low debt -and buy distressed assets during downturns with the spare cash

- In relation to Dubai - I'm not sure how that could affect them -I read someone that they're moving into more oil rich areas now
- Does anyone have any pos/ negative news on this company -especially in relation to the Middle East developments.
