The true value of Hardman has nothing to do with Chinguetti or Tiof, it all relates to Uganda. If you look back on the history of Tiof (1 billion barrels) it was first discovered by AMOCO years ago and given up as being too difficult. Chinguetti has proven to be the same although to be completely fair Woodside with their lack of experience in oil (only gas) did a lousie job.If you stick with Hardman you will be be rewarded but only in the long term.
