RELINT: MHI: Ongoing Disclosure Notices - Issue of Options

Attached are 6 Director and Officer Disclosure notices relating to options
that have been issued to 1 Director and 5 Officers.
The Individuals are:
Mike Parsell
Phil Taylor
Stewart Silk
Tony Van Der Ark
Galina Hirtzel
Lindsay Corfield

These options are the same as referred to in an announcement made to NZX on 2
December 2013, when the Company itself announced the "issue" of options and
gave a notice relating to the issue of options under Listing Rule 7.12.1.
As it happens, there have been numerous complications in finalising the
precise terms of the options. The net effect has been that the option
agreements were not in fact signed in December , and instead were signed on
16/6/14.

The options issued can be exercised in the period between the date that the
Company's annual result for the year ending 30 June 2018 are announced and 30
September 2023. The options have an exercise price of $1.82 per option.
