Bathurst Resources Limited Rights Issue

 On 29 May 2014, Bathurst Resources Limited (NZX/ASX : BRL, "Bathurst")
announced a 1 for 23, non-renounceable, pro-rata Rights Issue. Up to
41,083,998 offer shares were available for subscription by eligible
shareholders, at an offer price of NZ$0.065 or A$0.06 per offer share.

2,146,913 of these shares have been subscribed for, raising NZ$56,188.15 plus
A$76,948.80, before expenses. This leaves a short fall of 38,937,085 shares.

The allotment of the new shares is expected to occur on 9 July 2014.
Allotment notices for offer shares will be mailed on Wednesday, 16 July 2014.
