and Annual Results Announcement Date
The Port of Tauranga Limited advises that its annual results will be released
to the New Zealand Exchange on Thursday 21 August 2014 at approximately
10.30am.
Port of Tauranga Limited intends to hold its next Annual Meeting of
shareholders on Thursday 23 October 2014 in Tauranga at 1.00pm at Holy
Trinity Church, 215 Devonport Road, Tauranga.
In terms of the NZX Listing Rule 3.3.5, Port of Tauranga Limited advises that
the nomination for Directors has opened and will remain open until 5.00pm on
Friday 29 August 2014.
Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at
the Annual Meeting and should be addressed to Steve Gray, Chief Financial
