Energy Mad Annual Meeting 2014
The following resolutions put to shareholders at the Energy Mad Annual
Meeting were passed by shareholders:
Resolution 1:
The Board was authorised to fix the Auditors' remuneration.
Resolution 2:
Andrew Plympton who was standing for re-election due to retirement by
rotation was re-elected as a Director of Energy Mad.
Resolution 3:
Tom Mackenzie who was standing for re-election due to retirement by rotation
was re-elected as a Director of Energy Mad.
All resolutions were decided by a show of hands.
