DIRECTOR APPOINTMENTS AND RESIGNATION
At the Annual Meeting of the Company both Veronica Aris and Graeme Boyd were
appointed as directors of the Company. Tony Offen and Bevan Wallace were
re-elected as directors of the Company. Mr Boyd has also been appointed to
the audit committee of the Company.
BLIS Technologies Chairman, Peter Fennessy, also announced that Mr Colin
Dawson has tendered his resignation from the Board of BLIS Technologies
Limited with effect from the Annual Meeting.
Mr Fennessy said that in the time that Mr Dawson has been on the Board he has
made a significant and valued contribution to the progress of BLIS
Technologies. Whilst the Board is disappointed to lose a director of Colin's
quality the Company wishes him well on his future endeavours.
Following the above appointments and resignation, the Board has determined in
its view that the following directors are Independent Directors of the
Company: Veronica Aris, Graeme Boyd, Peter Fennessy and Bevan Wallace. The
Board has determined that Messrs Anthony Offen and Alan McKenzie are not
Independent Directors.
