Notification of Meeting and Director Nomination Dates (LR 3.3.5)

The TeamTalk Limited Annual Meeting will be held in Wellington on Wednesday
22 October 2013 at 3:30 pm.

For the purposes of NZSX Listing Rule 3.3.5 TeamTalk advises that nominations
for the appointment of Directors at the Annual Meeting will open today
(Tuesday 5th August 2014) and close on Tuesday 26th August 2014.

Nominations can only be made by security holders entitled to attend and vote
at the ASM.
