DRP: GMT: GMT Suspends Distribution Reinvestment Plan
Goodman (NZ) Limited, the Manager of Goodman Property Trust, has announced
that the Distribution Reinvestment Plan ("DRP") has been suspended.
The suspension is immediate, meaning that DRP will not operate for the
quarterly distribution being paid on 18 September 2014.
The DRP may be reinstated at a future date and participants are reminded that
elections remain in place, but inactive, even when the DRP is suspended. On
reinstatement, Unitholders who have previously elected to participate in the
DRP will continue to do so, unless they vary their participation by advising
Computershare Investor Services.
