MEETING: TIL: 2014 Annual Meeting and Director Nominations

Trilogy International Limited (NZX:TIL) intends to hold its Annual Meeting on
Tuesday 23 September 2014 at the Northern Club, 19 Princes Street, Auckland
commencing at 12:00pm.

For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 3.3.5, Trilogy International advises
that the closing date for nominations of directors is Tuesday 2 September
2014. All nominations must be received by 5:00pm on the closing date.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at
