2014 Annual Meeting Results
At Serko Limited's (SKO) Annual Meeting in Auckland today shareholders were
asked to vote on three resolutions, all of which were supported by the Board.
All resolutions were decided by poll.
The resolutions passed by shareholders today were:
1. That the directors are authorised to fix the auditors' remuneration.
2. That Mr Simon Botherway is re-elected as a director of Serko.
3. That Mr Robert Shaw is re-elected as a director of Serko.
Details of the total number of votes cast in person or by a proxy holder on
a poll are:
Resolution 1: Fix auditors' remuneration
For: 43,597,267 (99.99%)
Against: 5,000 (0.01%)
Resolution 2: Re-elect Mr Botherway
For: 43,602,269 (100.00%)
