This is pretty much a reverse takeover of EPE / backdoor for Bandana. Been set up in such a way that Bandana will have enough shares for compulsory aquisition of EPE essentially.
So far it looks good but I would like to know who the new major players are going to be. At least the waiting around for something interesting to happen is over.
