Snakk Media Limited 2014 Annual General Meeting Results and Independent
Directors Determination.
Snakk Media Limited is please to advise that the following resolutions put to
the Annual General meeting yesterday were passed by a show of hands:
1. THAT Mr Derek Handley, retiring from office as Director of Snakk Media
Limited by rotation, is re-elected as a Director of Snakk Media Limited;
2. THAT Staples Rodway be appointed as auditor of the Company pursuant to
section 207T of the Companies Act 1993 on such terms as to fees and expenses
as are determined by the Directors of the Company.
Snakk Media's Board has determined that Tim Alpe and Michelle Kong are
Independent Directors
(as defined by the NZX Listing Rules).
