MEETING: KRK: Results of Special Meeting of Shareholders

Kirkcaldie & Stains Limited advises the results of the vote held at the
special meeting of shareholders today.

The resolution put to the meeting was: "That the shareholders approve, for
the purposes of and to the extent required by Listing Rule 9.1.1 and the Sale
Agreement, the sale of the Harbour City Centre pursuant to the Sale
Agreement, including taking the Second Mortgage. Capitalised terms are
defined in the Explanatory Notes to the Notice of Special Meeting dated 8
September 2014".

The shareholders voted in favour of the resolution.
The sale and purchase agreement for the sale of the Harbour City Centre is
now unconditional. Settlement of the sale will occur on 7 October 2014.
