ASSET: GMT: GMT Negotiating Further Asset Sales
Goodman (NZ) Limited, the Manager of Goodman Property Trust, has announced
that it is negotiating to sell two Auckland industrial assets.
John Dakin, Chief Executive Officer of the Manager said, "We are currently in
discussions with Quattro Asset Management, regarding the sale of Enterprise
Park in Wiri and SuperCheap Auto, part of the Savill Link Estate in Otahuhu."
The sale remains conditional on certain factors that are not expected to be
confirmed until later this year.
