Diligent to Announce Third Quarter 2014 Results on November 7, 2014 (NZDT)
Diligent Board Member Services, Inc. ("Diligent" or the "Company") (NZX: DIL)
today announced that it intends to release its financial results for the
Fiscal Quarter ended September 30, 2014 on Friday, November 7, 2014 NZDT
(Thursday, November 6, 2014 US ET). The results will be issued before 9:00
a.m. NZDT (3:00 p.m. US ET, Thursday, November 6).
