Vic had up to 700 cases in a day and managed to get it down to Zero. I see they are starting to work out that what Dan did works, $500 fines for not wearing masks, closing down businesses that fail to comply with health orders, single person bubbles etc etc. Curfews? All done in response to human behaviours. No need to reinvent the wheel, lockdowns work, follow the proven process.
