GENERAL: MMH: MMH Enters Into Long Term Lease Agreement
MARSDEN POINT, Northland - Marsden Maritime Holdings Ltd (NZX:MMH) advises
that it has entered into a long term lease agreement (as lessor) for an area
of approximately 2 hectares.
The lessee intends establishing a log processing plant on the site which
borders both the port terminal and the existing log debarking facility. The
new plant is expected to commence operation in mid-2015.
Commenting today, Chief Executive, Graham Wallace said "it was an encouraging
example of the uplift in leasehold demand the Company is starting to see for
its developed industrial estate".
A confidentiality agreement between the parties prevented the Company from
elaborating further on the new processing facility at this time.
