    re: agm....how to vote Looks like its a struggle for control of the company.At the end of the day it is the shareholder value that will dictate.The numbers are
    Hunter Hall/MMC 30%
    and Lewis/Teleurope 26%
    ASX 6%
    Others 38%

    Hunter Hall/MMC are in at higher rates than 23c per share and it wouldn't surprise that they will push for
    another buyer higher.
