re: agm....how to vote yes, they will push for independent price, but who is going to buy when TLS price is going down ? This is not looking like good timing, but they may be able to sell the Irish operation for reasonable money, if they are lucky.
price just above 23 indicating traders are 50% betting on higher offer, its anyones guess at present.
