    something wierd going on - no response yet from OTL and trading up to 24.5 indicates there is likely another bidder coming.

    but now the price back down, so maybe buyers were thinking that they can buy, collect the 1.2c div and sell at 23c, but the 1.2c will be deducted from 23c, so a rude shock coming for them!
