    can someone please explain to me why there is one seller for 624,374 shares at 23 cents and then there are numerous sellers at 23cents all selling 3673 shares.

    I was watching the depth at that point in time and it seemed to me someone placed a order to buy the 289,429 shares that were at 23 cents and as soon as that happened all the sell orders then appeared at 23 cents.
